TACFL had a great time talking to so many festival attendees at the FLX PRIDE Festival on Saturday, June 20!

What a fantastic event. The weather was perfect, the vibe was full of positive energy, and people were curious about our work!

Highlights

  • Chatting to a former Reality Check teen who was THRILLED to learn that our work to empower teens to stand up to Big Tobacco (and vaping!) continues
  • Talking to individuals running for local office who came to our table to learn about TACFL’s work in the areas they hope to represent
  • Speaking with a person who works in pediatric medicine to help her locate resources to share with children and teens about the dangers of vaping
  • Holding the space for those who wanted to share their quit journeys with us.

This festival was a joyous occasion! Thanks to the workers and volunteers who made it wonderful for the vendors, and thank you to the attendees for stopping by to learn more about TACFL!
