E-Cigarettes Added to Clean Indoor Air Act

NYS has banned vaping anywhere cigarettes are banned. Vaping among high school students in New York State doubled between 2014 and 2016 and, like cigarettes, e-cigarettes are aggressively marketed to make them as alluring as possible. Geneva Housing Authority Board Approves Smoking Ban
