New York State has now joined a handful of other states in raising the age to purchase both tobacco products and electronic cigarettes to twenty-one. Suffolk County Ends Tobacco Sales in Pharmacies

Suffolk County, NY approved a bill this week that would end tobacco sales in all pharmacies in the county. The vote passed 16-1-1.
